First Time on Treadmill Trainer

I know I’m slow in responding but I wanted to let you know that I’ve had some pretty terrific success!  I’ve worked through level 1 four times and the sample run-through of level 2 twice (not religiously but sprinkled in with my regular workouts.)  Last Friday, a workout buddy called me and asked if I wanted to go “do” an outdoor nature trail.  I had no idea that she meant JOG an outdoor nature trail!  Well, thanks to that first Treadmill Trainer I was prepared mentally and physically….and we jogged very slowly, but I had the stamina to go for 69 minutes!  I loved it and have since returned for 3 more early morning runs with my friend. We have now set our sites on running a half marathon in June.  I have to say that my mood is so happy and the days seem somehow less invasive.  I actually look forward to meeting my friend - even at 5:30AM!  This level of workout is like no other.

Thank you so much for your help in getting me started, convincing me that I could.  I look forward to your continued help as I push past my mental and physical limits and cross that finish line in June!

I also appreciate your personal correspondence and follow up.  I feel like you actually care and the distance isn’t really that far.
