my neighbour is a crazy bloke. He moved in about three weeks ago and he is constantly slamming weights around his shed, running up the street and doing pushup’s in the front yard. I talked to him yesterday and he said he was looking for mma in Cronulla or near by as he wanted to spice his training up a bit. I was a bit unsure what it was but he said it was mixed martial arts and was basically hard core combat training. He said he is sick of doing the push ups and running and wanted to do something else for a change.
