One of the things that simply cannot be learned by a currency trader and must be inherited is a cool head. Never underestimate the importance of emotionless trading because it can make or break your performance. We all like to believe that we are cool headed, but even otherwise rational people have been known to exploder under pressure while forex trading. So don’t assume that you may never react emotionally to something that has transpired during your trading. Taking some time out from the stresses of trading may help you to stay cool and calm while in the trenches of currency trading.
