Do not try to wire a hot tub without getting sound electrical advice. Any time you are attempting to wire anything that will contain water you run the risk of shock or even death, if not wired properly. Although most hot tub manuals do come with complete instructions, I would not recommend taking on this task alone. Not only do you run the risk of electrocution, you may void the warranty on your hot tub. It is strongly advised that you contact a licensed electrician in your area. The price of losing your life or voiding the warranty on the tub is far greater than the price you would pay an electrician to do the job properly.
