multi stage thermostat

thinking about getting a multi stage thermostat?  it’s actually pretty easy to get these days and if you have a newer furnace or air conditioner, you probably already have a multi stage hvac.  if the thermostat was installed along with your equipment, you’re already good to do.  however, if they installed something that isn’t good enough, you can always upgrade especially if they installed a set point or time based thermostat instead of a nice dynamic one – yeah the dynamic ones are a little bit more expensive but they’re well worth the money when the savings are considered in the long run.
