I am choosing aluminum window blinds

I have recently started to dabble in real estate, along with my two sisters, who are my partners.  We have started to purchase older houses that need a bit of fixing up, and make them look nice.  We then either rent them out to tenants, or sometimes put the homes up for sale.  For every one of the homes we buy, I am now choosing aluminum window blinds.  They are very inexpensive, and the durability simply is beyond compare.  I also think the look is a very nice one, and it is possible to really customize as far as color and size.  They are a good choice.
