On the Discovery Channel there was a show on a man who could carve anything out of wood. They were really beautiful too and I just thought it was amazing that he could make such delicate things from a cordless chainsaw. I’ve never thought about a chainsaw in such a fragile manner. In the show they slowed everything down so you could see the artist and every cut he made. I have to admit it was really interesting. I think it made the piece even that much more beautiful and amazing me even further that he was using a chainsaw.
