My daughter does Community Theater and her favorite shows are musicals so she always needs to be in shape for all the dancing that goes with doing these shows. She hasn’t done a show in a year and now that she’s going for an audition in a couple of months and she needs to get her legs strong again. I found these really great exercises for thighs online and told her about them and now she’s been doing them for a couple weeks now already feels a difference in the strength of her legs. Now she will have no problem being able to do whatever dances they throw at her.
