Dancing could help one reduce belly fat!

Dancing has been known as one of the best exercises. It should be really surprising for many that dancing could even help in losing belly fat. Dancing either in empty stomach or after a meal is not advisable. It is good to have a 30 minute dancing session 2 to 3 hours after a hearty meal. Drinking more water after a dancing session could be refreshing and it will enhance the fat metabolism. This could in turn help to reduce belly fat as well. Care should be taken so that the dance movement involves alternative quick and slow moves so that it assists in reaching a better heart rate. A fairly high heart rate is always good for the fat metabolism.
