My LPNs

When we are hiring for LPNs, I see a lot of resumes where they applicant attended one of the online LPN programs. At first, I was hesitant to hire someone who did not attend a traditional school. After my first interview with one of these applicants, I was completely sold. They seemed to know exactly what they wanted and the most efficient ways to go about achieving it. Over the years I have found that students often take classes online to free up their time for other endeavours. They cut their commute time down to zero and therefore can make use of that extra time. A few of our best employees came from online LPN programs.
