Big Bench

GEtting your bench press up may have you doing things that you may think of as off limits. For one you are not going for good form you are looking to get htat weight up. So you need to use your legs when you are doing the lift. Drive your legs intot he ground and push yourself away from the bar. Arch your back and push. Dont lock out at the top of the movement. This will cause you to maintain stress on the muscle that you are working.  It may give you a unique workouts but it will get you stronger.
