At My Ideal Weight

It has taken a lot of hard work, but I am finally at my ideal weight. I have lost almost one hundred pounds. I owe my success to jillian michaels. I used her weight loss program to lose all of the weight. It was a rough start because I was so out of shape. But after a month, I was looking forward to exercising. She also taught me how to change my eating habits. I no longer binge on junk food because I am eating the right balance of carbohydrates and proteins at my meals. So I am not hungry later. This plan works great!
