My Vista Keeps Freezing!

It’s an all too common problem:  vista freezes up and you immediately lose all your work.  As frustrating as this can be, and believe me, I know how you feel, there are things you can do to help the problem.  First, try a simple system re-boot.  Sometimes, restarting your computer is all it needs to get it up and running again at top speed.  The other thing you can do is to run fewer programs at once.  Sometimes, the computer gets overwhelmed trying to keep up with everything you have going on and just decides to take a little nap.  Try running fewer programs at once and see if this helps your problem.
