It has been a part of my routine during weekends. Me and my friends would go out and enjoy paintball games. I just know that this is going to be really good for us. After all of the stresses that we get to have during the week due to work, a little play time would be really great. I think that having the smart parts epiphany is just a good thing. I know that it will be so much better this time. There are a lot of things that we get to have and do. I really think that the smart parts epiphany is something that works pretty well. I really believe that having the smart parts epiphany is just going to be really nice.

I know I’m slow in responding but I wanted to let you know that I’ve had some pretty terrific success!  I’ve worked through level 1 four times and the sample run-through of level 2 twice (not religiously but sprinkled in with my regular workouts.)  Last Friday, a workout buddy called me and asked if I wanted to go “do” an outdoor nature trail.  I had no idea that she meant JOG an outdoor nature trail!  Well, thanks to that first Treadmill Trainer I was prepared mentally and physically….and we jogged very slowly, but I had the stamina to go for 69 minutes!  I loved it and have since returned for 3 more early morning runs with my friend. We have now set our sites on running a half marathon in June.  I have to say that my mood is so happy and the days seem somehow less invasive.  I actually look forward to meeting my friend - even at 5:30AM!  This level of workout is like no other.

Thank you so much for your help in getting me started, convincing me that I could.  I look forward to your continued help as I push past my mental and physical limits and cross that finish line in June!

my neighbour is a crazy bloke. He moved in about three weeks ago and he is constantly slamming weights around his shed, running up the street and doing pushup’s in the front yard. I talked to him yesterday and he said he was looking for mma in Cronulla or near by as he wanted to spice his training up a bit. I was a bit unsure what it was but he said it was mixed martial arts and was basically hard core combat training. He said he is sick of doing the push ups and running and wanted to do something else for a change.

On a trip to visit relatives in the UK, I learned a new game.  It was a very different, but exciting game that I ended up buying and bringing home.  We now play it when the weather outside is nice.  It’s called the Kubb Game and is great for people of all ages, including the youngsters. When were were in the UK we actually went to a tournament. It’s amazing how many people enjoy this game and how many people were at the tournament, not only playing but watching as well.  We had a really great time playing it over there and really enjoy playing it at home, too.

I’ve never really been a big fan of airsoft. My brothers like it a lot, my husband too - but I just can’t find what’s so interesting. My husband just spent several hundred dollars on a new airsoft gun for himself, and while he saved up for it and made this one splurge, I’m finding it hard to get as excited about the gun as he is.

He opened up the box and got the thing out, and it seriously looked like something you’d see in a movie where terrorists were about to take everybody down. My husband says thats what most airsoft shotguns look like anyway, but I guess there is an orange tip so no one will mistake us for terrorists.
