Our numbers were down and we did not think we would be able to reach our goals this year. I called a meeting to order and told everyone how disappointed I was. Then Davidson spoke up and he had a plan. He said that what we needed to do was get the sales leads. We could not continue to depend on repeat business; we needed some fresh blood. Everyone was in agreement and that is why we bought the lists. We managed to grow our base and that helped us to move forward. We passed our goals for the year and we were thrilled.
